I’m a Career Coach based in Fort Collins, Colorado who is passionate about helping people live more meaningful lives by obtaining careers aligned with their strengths, values, goals, and overall purpose. I completed the Professional Career Coach Certification Program with the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches. I hold a Master of Education with a concentration on College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Louisville, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Kentucky.

As the current Program Coordinator for the Tourism Enterprise Program at Colorado State University and the former Director of Community Engagement and Leadership Development at Dominican University, I have extensive experience in helping others thrive personally and professionally.

Goals & Values

Active Listening: One of my top goals is to practice active listening so I can effectively meet each client where they are. Active listening is necessary to provide customized support, as each person has their own unique background, story, struggles, obstacles, goals, communication style, and work methods.
Inclusivity: I strive to practice awareness of the impact multicultural factors may have on one’s career development, and aim to intentionally address each person’s career journey in a way that authentically applies to their unique age, education, experience, race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, and/or gender identity.
